GoodReader is a PDF & txt viewer app for the iPhone. The latest version added the ability to edit txt files. Okay, that’s really not much in the way of news, but after researching the app I rather like it. It can also download files over a Wifi network from your PC.  There are also several paid add-on apps which allow you to access email servers and Google Docs
