Fnac might release their own ebook reader

Actualitte is reporting that the French retail chain Fnac (Wikipedia) might have plans to release their own branded ebook reader. Fnac currently sells the Sony Reader and the Cybook, as well as selling electronics under the Höher brand.

Lambton County Library expands their ebook collection

Lambton County Library (Ontario, Canada) has just announced that it will soon add Overdrive ebooks to its existing NetLibrary collection. The ebooks will be added in May, and will initially include 500 titles. The Lambton County Library operates 26 library branches around Sarnia-Lambton.
