No, Amazon hasn’t released an updated version of the Stanza app. But I found something almost as good.

There is a new app for hacked iPads called FullForce. You can download it free from Cydia. (If you’re not familiar with jail breaking and Cydia, check out Gizmodo’s guide.) This app makes it really easy to force iPhone apps into full screen mode on the iPad.

I got the attached picture courtesy of a helpful MR member (Thanks, scottjl!). As you can see, it looks pretty good. I’d say the iPad just got that much better as an e-reader.

BTW, do you see how the words wrap around the image? You can’t do that in the Kindle app. +1 Stanza
