Johannes of lesen.net was the first to suggest that the German bookstore chain Thalia would be launching a new e-reader this year. (Unfortunately, he didn’t have any details beyond that so I’ve been sitting on it about a week now.)
It’s now been confirmed by a Thalia spokesman that the new e-reader would be announced at IFA-Berlin on 4 September and should be on the shelf in October. Of course, they still haven’t released any technical details.
