The German retail chain Media Markt have opened an ebookstore today. If you’re not familiar with the company, think Best But (only with nicer employees).
They have 30k titles with prices starting at 1.49 euros. I couldn’t find specific info on DRM, but I checked several titles and all were encumbered by Adobe DE DRM.
