On getting around the Kindle restrictions

March 16th, 2011 · No Comments · opinion

So last night I wrote a post about some Kindle games being on sale, and one commenter complained that the apps couldn’t be bought from Australia. Google now sending out some nifty bookmarks

March 16th, 2011 · 3 Comments · ebookstore news

Google are running what I assume has to be some kind of viral ad campaign (it worked). @cdcasey just got these bookmarks from them last night. March 16th, 2011 · 9 Comments · opinion

To me, the lack of quality control is a big deterrent to paying more than a dollar or two for an indie ebook from an author whose books I have not previously read.
