Google have just quietly added a few little features to Google Books that I’ve been desperately wanting.
You can now define translate, and search for words from inside Google Books. I’ve been copy-pasting the translations for a while now, and it was a little frustrating. It’s also going to be nice not to have to copy-paste a term in order to get its definition or look for info elsewhere.

All they’ve done is adapted the Google eBookstore View Preview web viewer for the PD stuff.
