Normally I’d pass on mentioning the accessories, but the new Nook has a few that caught my eye. There’s a stylus, case w\stylus, and a battery pack. I’m curious if the new stylus will work with a Sony or Kobo Touch.
I’m going to go see if someone can demo it for me.

[...] Barnes & Noble new Nook hands-on The new Nook has a stylus [...]
I don’t care how many pretteh wraps and cases they make for it — it’s STILL FUGLY!
Wait, it’s one of those clunky e-drawing tablet things instead of something integrated like the Sony? No thanks. But to answer your question, it should work on the Sony. Seeing as you can pretty much use a stick, your finger, the built-in stylus, the tip of a cat’s tail, or any other specialized bit of kit on one, this stylus should work.
And with a two month battery life, isn’t a battery pack a bit… uhm. Can it be used as an AC charger ala the iGo charge Anywhere (which I love) or it is just a battery pack?
Does that box really proclaim “good design” on the side? The Nook maybe, the box, not so much.
Chris, don’t forget the cookie crumbs!
And I agree with Mike, it’s ugly…
