Normally I’d pass on mentioning the accessories, but the new Nook has a few that caught my eye. There’s a stylus, case w\stylus, and a battery pack. I’m curious if the new stylus will work with a Sony or Kobo Touch. I’m going to go see if someone can demo it for me.

The B&N press conference is due to start in about 5 minutes, and I happened across a covered display. Underneath the drape was display units for the new e-reader. The above image is a dummy in a case for the new e-reader. I’d guess that it is based on a 6″ E-ink screen, and the [...]

The device registration servers will stay up, but right now the only thing you can do on the Entourage website [...]

I thought I’d take a few minutes and tell you what i think of the KT. It’s a little slow. I tap to open a book and there’s a noticeable wait. I tap to select something in the TOC and there’s await (at first I thought it was frozen). I’ve confirmed that this is probably [...]

Edit: I’m looking at some of the kobo people’s twitter feeds and they’ve already announced the new Kobo Touch. Folks, if you’re going to break your own embargo then there’s no reason for me to follow it. Kobo has just announced their new e-reader, and it’s a doozy. It’s based on a 6″ Pearl E-ink [...]
