KB e-Depot reaches milestone: 15m items in digitaal repository

The KB, national library of the Netherlands, has announced that they’ve archived 15 million digital documents. The e-Depot was started seven years ago with the goal of securing scientific articles so that information will remain accessible after the original is lost. They also reported that the e-Depot is 15 terabytes in size. press release (Dutch)
