The EE Times have just posted an analysis of theBenQ K60, the first e-reader with a Sipix screen. The article confirms a number of details we already knew (Wifi b\g, capacitive touchscreen, microSDHC card slot), but they also pointed out a couple details that I didn’t know.

Digitimes are reporting that BenQ showed off a new e-reader prototype at their 2010 Global Distributors’ Meeting yesterday. The prototype is based on their latest e-reader, the K60. They added a solar panel built into the cover which can recharge the e-reader without the need to plug it in. It should be launched in 2011.
