Shanzai got the first look at the Motorola E-Emi. Developed in partnership with China Putian Eastern Communications Company, the E-Emi has a 6″ E-ink screen, Wifi, microSD card slot, and a Wacom touchscreen. It runs Android 2.1, and is supposed to cost ~$390.

Hanvon have 61% of China’s e-reader market

To ebe more accurate, Digitimes are reporting that Hanvon sold 61% of all e-readers in China in the first half of this year. They also said that China was the second largest market with 21% of global ebook sales. The USA was the largest, of course, with 58% of sales.
