Nemoptic demo Oled/BiNem display

New screen tech demoed in Cincinnati

Hitachi, Pixtronix demo new display at Ceatac

Tech-On are reporting that Hitachi are demoing a 2.5″ prototype MEMS screen: The company plans to release the display from the end of 2011 to the beginning to 2012 for mobile phones, smart phones, tablet PCs, digital cameras and other mobile devices equipped with a 10-inch or smaller display.
