DOCOMO today announced the trial launch of their new ebookstore. This trial will run through December, and it’s limited to only 50 titles (plus any related content). They’re also going to demo the ebookstore at CEATEC JAPAN 2010 (which starts today). From the press release:

Samsung Galaxy Tab to use DoCoMo ebookstore in Japan

Samsung must really be planning to push the ebook aspect. You might recall that the Galaxy Tab ships with a Kobo app. Well, Kobo might be a viable solution for English language ebooks, but they haven’t even touched the Japanese language market yet. I wonder what other ebookstores Samsung will partner with? From Trading Markets:
